My meal of japanese noodle(UDON & SOBA)

1. ZARU SOBA
ZARU SOBA is really cold soba on bamboo sieve.

2. ZARU UDON
ZARU UDON is really cold soba on bamboo sieve.

3. ZARU KISHIMEN
ZARU KISHIMEN is really cold soba on bamboo sieve.
KISHIMEN is same as UDON, but this is flat noodle than UDON.
A well known at NAGOYA district.

4. BUKKAKE UDON
Put soy sauce on boiled UDON directly.

5. TEMPURA SOBA
Topping Tempura on Hot Soba.

6.CHIKARA SOBA (/UDON)
Topping baked rice cake(Mochi) on Hot Soba.
Meaning of Chikara-Mochi is too powerful, So After put on Mochi then call Chikara-UDON (/Soba)

7.TUKIMI(looks like Moon) UDON
float the raw egg on Hot UDON.

8.OROSHI SOBA
Topping grated radish(Dikon Oroshi) on Hot Soba.
