Grated Yam Rice as traditional food

When I went to Super Market the other day, I found a yam.
Suddenly I want to eat a grated yam rice, but this is bit expensive than other vegitable. Then I looked for as possible small cut ,nevertheless the price was Rm 8.4

At first shaving the yam's skin.
As the skin is eliminated, become slippery surface and diffcult to hold this.
Furthermore back of my hand was become itchy.
Somehow finished shaving skin (^^♪

Next process, the yam is slided by grater.
It is difficult to hold and slipped also , but it was easy as compared with the grated radish.
I was washed the hand several times during sliding of the yam , because back of my hand was much itchy continued (>_<)

Seasoning is made by the soy sauce and wasabi.

Stir evenly and put on top of the rice finally.
cooking is complete!!

So long time did not eat this, so it was delicious.
Although only around the mouth it is itchy even now.
I want to eat again (^_-)-☆
