The Stir-fried and boiled Gobou no Sasagaki (thin strips of Shaved Burdock)

The Stir-fried and boiled Gobou no Sasagaki
Material is Burdock,Onion and Egg

Peel off the skin at first,then shaving Burdock for made strips by peeler.
Finally cut to the suitable length.
Cut of Onion also.

boiled burdock first, later Onion also boiling.
After a few minitue remove from pot.

After the stir-fried for a while, soup (which was mixed with Sobatsuyu and mirin. even if there is no sugar is enough sweet) was charged, and boil while mixing so that it does not boil dry.
