Simmered Meat and Tofu

Few days ago When I went to AEON supermarket in Malaysia, I found a little of beef's slice meat.
Always can't find this kind of packed meat here.
Later found japanese leek also. So I thought that buy Tofu, then will cook Simmered Meat and Tofu tonigt.

these is material.

Leek is expensive!! only a little.

Next preparing for Japanese soup that is Soba Sause(with bit water)
with a little of Mirin and Sugar.

Tofu and Leek first, Later put meat into pot.

I was wrong cooking.
When I ate meat,It was still soft. but did not transfer the meat taste to Tofu and Leek.
I thougt that why don't boil meat into Soup first! later had better to put into Tofu and Leek for taste.(>_<)

Next time Try again....

Todays'material cost
Beef Slice 150g Rm13, Japanese leek Rm4.5, Tofu Rm1.3= Rm18.8
